TVS Bandhan Scheme Terms & Conditions

  • This scheme is only applicable for purchases made from Authorized Distributors of TVS Srichakra Ltd. (TSL).
  • The scheme is applicable only for TVS Bandhan registered retailers on purchases during the scheme period, covered through authorized distributor partners, based on DMS / TVS Mitra data only.
  • The scheme is not applicable to the Distributors / TSL Employees or any of their family members.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • TSL is not responsible for the warranty of the gifts issued under the schemes.
  • TSL shall not be responsible for any charges, levies costs incurred by the participants in the scheme.
    – TSL is not responsible for any delay in delivery of gifts due to non-availability of stocks or any reason beyond its control. TSL reserves the discretion to terminate and withdraw all benefits under the scheme, if any of the registered retailers violate the terms and conditions stipulated herein. The distributors / retailers / sub-dealers/participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense arising out of any misuse or fraudulent use of the scheme.
  • The scheme will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • In case of any dispute, only Madurai courts will have jurisdiction.
  • TSL reserves the right to change, modify, alter or withdraw the entire scheme or any part, thereof the Company is not liable to pay any compensation.
  • For closure of remittances, the amount and mode of settlement are TSL’s discretion and the same will be final.
